Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of the trading infrastructure provided by ZAI Trading Tech Services Limited. By establishing an account, you acknowledge and agree to the following protocols.

1. Introduction & Eligibility

ZAI Trading Tech Services Limited (the "Company") provides execution-only services for various financial instruments. To utilize our ecosystem, you must be at least 18 years of age and reside in a jurisdiction where the provision of our services is not restricted by local law.

2. Risk Disclosure & Margin

Critical Risk Warning:

Trading Forex, CFDs and leveraged instruments involves a high level of risk. You may lose more than your initial deposit. Trading leveraged products involves significant risk of loss. You are responsible for maintaining sufficient margin levels to prevent involuntary stop-outs.

3. Execution Policy

The Company operates under a Market Execution model. While we utilize Equinix LD4 infrastructure to minimize latency, market conditions may occasionally lead to slippage.

  • Instant routing to Tier-1 liquidity providers.
  • Negative balance protection for retail participants.
  • Prohibit of latency arbitrage or exploitative algorithmic patterns.

4. Financial Transactions

In alignment with our AML Policy, all financial flows must follow these strict criteria:

    Withdrawal Priority: Profits are remitted only after the principal amount has been returned via the original funding gateway.

    Processing Times: Standard withdrawal processing occurs within 1–3 business days post-approval.

5. Termination of Service

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the trading terminal without prior notice if there is evidence of fraudulent activity, breach of the AML policy, or market manipulation.
